Deleting everything
Two ways to do it, and a plain list of what goes. Nothing here needs to be requested twice.
untype.org/delete-account
From the app
- 01Open Settings → Manage account. Your account page opens in the browser, already signed in.
- 02Scroll to Delete account, at the bottom of the page.
- 03Confirm. It happens immediately, and you are signed out everywhere.
Without the app: open api.untype.org/login ↗, enter your email for a one-time sign-in link, then do step 3 on the account page.
Or ask us to do it
Email hello@untype.org from your account's address and ask us to delete it. We will action it and reply to confirm.

WHAT GETS DELETED
Your recordings and transcripts are never stored in the first place, and what you write never leaves your device — so there is nothing there to delete. The words shared between your devices go with the account.
Past payment and invoice records are held at Stripe for about 6 years, as UK tax law requires, then deleted. Kept for compliance only, used for nothing else.
